I think that actually it's supposed to be Nakazako. I see on his website now he has both his real name and doujin name with readings for both.
Doujin name: 中雑魚酒菜 (なかざこさかな) = Sakana Nakazako
Real name: 中迫酒菜 (なかさこさかな) = Sakana Nakasako
Seems obvious there's supposed to be a one character different to distinguish them from each other. And then there's his Soundcloud which has Sakana Nakazako in English in the profile area.
So I'm going to change all the instances of Nakasako to Nakazako later.
