Might be a bit too late but I made some changes based on information I gathered.
Changed the release date according Taiwanese Official press release. And the price from the back of the booklet.

Chinese version of this game was delayed pretty hard due to Chinese censorship. Even so, I am yet to find inclusion of soundtrack CD in limited edition. On top of that, the scans we have are from Taiwanese version.

Some old discussion from Taiwanese forums did mention that there were bootleg copy of the game back in 2008, it is possible they also pirated the soundtrack CD. Still I find no images or whatsoever.
