Note that there are three spellings of 貝田由里子 - "Yuriko Kaida", "Yurioko Kaida", and "Yukiro Kaida". The second is printed on the jewel case liner notes under M-04 and M-05, while the last spelling appears in the same liner notes under M-06. These are unconfirmed, but very likely genuine printing errors and should therefore be accepted as the original spelling of Yuriko Kaida.
Also, some of the tracks on this release are different arrangements or vocals of what was released for their represented products e.g. M-07 is different in both the mentioned areas. So as not to cause confusion, the products mentioned in the notes are as a result, not directly represented.
Lastly, I've included the scans for the digital cover and the disc, which in the case of the cover, is a higher quality than what was previously shown. I think it's safe to retract the original "Front" cover.
