I do have various reports, and i can also include me as it also happened to me...
There are some scan uploading problems since a few weeks.
It hapens only when more than 1 scan is submitted.. sometimes one of the scan is replaced by a copy of the scan that was uploaded just before, resulting in 2 identical scans. (ex:
here, i haven't corrected the submissions yet)
Matter is that is not really visible until you check the scans in the gallery once they are all uploaded. Also because they were "labelled" right, the uploader might not see that error.
I have been PMing some submitters to re-upload their scans, something i never had to do before.
Is anything wrong on some scripts or something ?
