I have no idea who first credited Yoshihiro Ohno for composition for Cotton on what site, but he's just a producer at Scitron and as far as I can tell has never composed for a video game before. Crediting Ken-ichi Hirata with this one based on
this (Mr.恵比寿 is a confirmed alias) and the fact that he composed pretty much every other Cotton game.
