Romanization of the singer 高坂真琴: Makoto Kōsaka, so it can be Makoto Kosaka or Kousaka, or even Kohsaka.
She is more known to be seiyuu than singer, besides according to JASRAC website, it is her only song in anime/tokusatsu.
