DERP-10026JP: THE STORY OF Blik-O Original Soundtrack
This is not the same content as Disc 4 of the Fantasian soundtrack. That one has narration with the music in the background. This one contains just the music with no narration. I wish they would have included a fifth disc with just the music with the Fantasian OST too, but at least they released it digitally.
