The music is originally from Sonic Adventure. The reason why it says Sonic Adventure DX is because it was (re)released around the same time as Sonic Heroes. The second half of this album, therefore, is basically Songs with Attitude rereleased, except the tracks are in a slightly different order.
So no, it's not new.
