笛 can be flute, but in this context/ensemble it's probably referring to traditional Japanese instruments like the shinobue and nohkan (which Tosha plays), so I'd go with "fue."
I prefer "wadaiko" for 和太鼓 because taiko is technically a more general term, but most normal people would just say "taiko" or "taiko drums" in English so the distinction probably isn't super important.
