Yoshida was, as far as I can tell, only credited in Technosoft games like Thunder Force IV as "Omen," and no official reading was ever given in any game or Technosoft OST. However, on the
back of the booklet for Lost Technology Plus, he's listed in the Special Thanks section as "Takeshi Yoshida."
