there are a massive amount of compilations of lots and lots of anime op/ed themes
why that one game will make a compilation with its title in the album title with various theme songs if there is no links with the game?
knowing the game is set in 1988 those songs could appear in the game (even as light bgm, like in evangelion movies --from a "walkman")
