Thinking it a bit more I guess the sanest approach would be 2a.
If albums released by their records division are linked to "5pb. Records", makes sense albums enclosed with games released by the games division would be linked to "5pb. Games".
I hesitate a bit since it's not so clear with in the packages themselves, but if we can agree on that standard that's perfect for me.
