I am agree with you, it should be like you say.. but we have plenty of different booklets in the database.
Some booklets have the first interior page with "0", some with "1", and some with "2".
The most logical numbering would be page 2, since the front cover should be page 1.
But to avoid any confusion about any missing page.. Non-numbered booklets starts with pg. 01 now.
When the booklet is numbered, we just follow the numbers pirinted.
