It seems it's an alias of Toshio Oka
His track "ひとりぽっちのメグ" (Hitoripocchi no Megu) from Majokko Meg-chan is on
Toshio Oka Memorial LP album where all track are reported as written by himself.
It's very strange nobody in Japan has ever discovered this. On
Majokko wiki there's also reference page titled
