I changed disc 2 track 3 to Lilly's Seagull Restaurant. It is her restaurant and I believe it's called this formally in the game at some point too, though it's been eons since I've played it (maybe when you walk in it gives the area's name, or if you save inside you can see it when you go to load your file).
Also, the last track is a little redundant. Stand AND Rise? It should either be Stand Up or Rise Up. Neither one of those seems to be uncommon.
