As Vol.1 the credits probably need some checking.

Also, any idea how Ami Koshimizu did wind up in the performer credits? I know that she's a seiyuu for the anime, but does she actually perform on one of the tracks?

EDIT: Ah, OK, found it. Looks like that only the soundtrack portion is credit on the 'credits page'.
