It wouldn't be hard to fix some of these. We only have three Kiramune and six High Position albums in the db.
EMOTION is a bit weirder because you have discs like this:

So technically it is: EMOTION (imprint) / Bandai Visual (publisher) / Lantis (imprint) / Lantis Co Ltd (publisher) / Bandai Visual (distributor)
But obviously that's way too convoluted.
