I agree that it wouldn't be the smartest move on Capcom's part, if they really wiped this little album from the Steam purchase 'forever'... but one can't really deny there's basic logic behind such action.
Not that you're missing much, this gives a nice expansion to the 4 CD release, but that's what it is... an expansion, we're still missing a few tracks. Bring a 3rd Sound Chronicle, c'mon.
