Matsubara composed Bloody Tears, and yeah Dolphin did Wilderness, so those are fine.
Katsunari Kitajima lists Final Fight 3 on his site so he definitely worked on it, but since the game doesn't have credits I'm not sure if it's known that he wrote all the music or if other people composed too.
