Roles should be linked as given, we aren't limited to the 4 fields. If they're given in Japanese you should link the role names in Japanese.
For example on this album Cast should be linked to the Cast role instead of being changed to the Performer. Music should be linked to the Music role instead of Composer/Arranger and so on.
