I'd say it's "Pigeon" and not "Pegeon".
It's just my personnal point of view but if i look at the cover:
We have the tracklist on the front cover that goes (from bottom to top)
in little: 04 Pigeon.. 03 SAVE ME.. 02 Pigeon..
then we have in big "SAVE ME" that is track one.
And at the top, and it's not part of the tracklist, the big "Pigeon".
I'd say it's the name of the band:
Why would they put the 2nd track bigger than the first track?
Why this "Pigeon" would feature the birds (Pigeons..) ?
Pegeon does not mean anything anyway.
The french "i" from Pigeon is pronounced like the letter "e" in english.
