The only difference to retail is that SAMPLE - LOANED is written around the spindle hole. Same printed insert and pressed disc, only added an extra screen with the sample text when screen printing.

There are three versions of this, European (which is on your page, although the American has an identical front image), American, and probably Japanese. The release date on your page actually corresponds to the American "release date", Gamers Day (San Fransisco USA). The European was given out in London in April 2003. Oh, and they are CD-Rs.
