As a cautionary tale about eBay. Late last year, I won an auction for Insector X for only $5. The album is easily worth at least $50, so how did I get it for $5? Well, the starting bid was $5, and no one else bid on it.
Your Sweet Home has a starting bid of $7.50, and so there is some risk the same could happen to you. If you wanted to mitigate the risk, you could increase the minimum bid, or alternatively switch to Buy it Now with a price you'd be happy with (I believe the majority of eBay sales are now Buy it Now rather than auctions).
