Yeah, that scan says August 13 on it.
This page has both the 13-track French tracklist, as well as the first 13 tracks of the 15-track one currently on the entry page as the "original titles" of the arrangements. Dunno how two additional tracks got put on the end of the list of originals.

A few sites credit Hyakutaro Tsukumo with at least the vocal tracks from the game. The game is listed in
his works at his Macaron Vox profile, so I'm feeling pretty good with that credit. Found
one page that credits composition to him and Shigeru Nagasaki, who seems a part of the FNAG crew, in that he has scenario credits on Lost Technology Plus.
