I'm 90 per cent sure that this artist name is Yumi Nagashima but I haven't found any source that relates any Yumi Nagashima with any music-related, nor with the Layton games.

This is more difficult, could be something like "Tomoko/Michiko Fujimi/Fujiyoshi" but no luck with any combination in google. A pretty obscure flutist but
