I really can't say, my guess is that the bootlegs are also sold individually like the real ones are. I just got it today when trying to buy the official one off of Amazon, and I figured before returning it to get my money back, I could scan up what the bootleg cover looks like. From the outside, its not to different, but the disc art is nothing alike the real thing.

Edit: And now the booklet is up. They did a decent job getting rid of the staff names in the final page.
