1. 木霊 and 木魂 are the same word with the same meaning, just different kanji used to represent them. Think of it as the difference between color and colour (though not quite).

2. 時 is just the kanji for とき. They're exactly the same word. The hiragana is often used instead of the kanji when it functions grammatically as "when" rather than as the concept of "time," which is what's going on here. Neither use is wrong though.

楽しい and 愉快な are synonyms.

Don't trust minor differences in google translate cause those can be attributed to the translation history that the algorithm draws on being slightly different for whether they're in kana or kanji.
