We were seeing a lot of soundtrack submissions with loose connections to the db. Many of them were by composers that do not have a large presence in vgm/anime. If an artist only has a few soundtracks in the db, then we probably shouldn't be accepting their entire discography. That's the basic idea behind this proposal.
