How is this "ZERO-A vs Universal Music" any different from "Nayutawave vs EMI"? The scans clearly don't say ZERO-A anywhere. It credits every single relevant company (制作, 発売元, 販売元) to Universal Music LLC.

Compare that to a REAL zero-a release when it was still a division of universal music:
