As far as I'm aware, it is also still not known who composed each track for Kirby Super Star, too. The game was composed by both Jun Ishikawa and Dan Miyakawa. Most tracks sound like they were composed by Ishikawa. An exception is Megaton Punch, which doesn't sound like Ishikawa's style.
NOTE: I haven't heard any other tracks by Miyakawa, so I can't really spot his compositional style.
EDIT: All of them except "Megaton Punch" sound like Ishikawa.
