Interesting comments about ActRaiser with Mr. Koshiro and his interviewer I found from the liner notes.

KOSHIRO: そうそうそう。
ICHIKAWA: サウンドボード2で色々実験している時古代さん面白かったからなー。レベッカなんか録って、それで高 さ色々変えて鳴らしてたり(笑)。色々遊びまくってましたよ。
KOSHIRO: へぇーー。よく覚えてるな。
ICHIKAWA: いやいや、電話かかってきて聴いてよって言われましたから(笑)
―― えー、次に『アクトレイザー2』ですが...
KOSHIRO: 気持ちで言えば(CD に)入れたくないな...
―― あ、古代さんとしては何か駄目な...?
KOSHIRO: うん、なんか、駄目なオンパレード。まぁ、全然(入れても)いいんですけどね。
From whatever rough translation I saw, it seems as though Koshiro wasn't proud of his work on ActRaiser 2 for some reason and decided against releasing it on CD for years, but he nonetheless did with this early collection box. I could be wrong, though.
