It looks like a reasonable plan (although I wonder what plan 2 was, assuming that plan 1 is crowdfunding right now), and I compliment the transparency with which business decisions are made here.
To be honest, it is a bit irritating that 11 days into the crowdfunding phase, there are already adaptions to the framework of the project, for more or less obvious reasons (I'm mostly observing Suikoden anyway).
Ultimately it seems not that much is changing with regard to the backing options, you're just giving a better understanding of what's to be expected and these results are fine with me.
So I'm still hopeful that the projects reach their financing goals and the new plan is sustainable and successful.
