Yes the two discs are titled "Another Edit Version," which is a specially-arranged alternate composition of the ten listed tracks, and "Weiss Edition Arrangements," which is ten tracks arranged by outside artists. I don't believe any of the songs appear in the game exactly like they are on these two discs.
The copy of the game that comes with the White Snow Edition is just a regular retail copy that comes outside the White Snow Edition packaging.
