Well, links used to be there, but there's supposed to be a new way to display them that hasn't been implemented yet. But yes, at least for the subset of free digital albums, official links really should be showing right on the main page for those album entries once they're entered in. Something like that will eventually be the case though, according to Gigablah a little while back.
