I dont have the Humble Bundle for Android so I can't compare to be 100% certain, but Two Tribes has had the music from Toki Tori on their site for years:

Also, the WiiWare version of the game credits Yorick Goldewijk, Tuur Hendrikx, Stefan Leertouwer, and Robin Schaefer as the members of SonicPicnic who worked on the game, but the credit is just generic "sound design" so dunno which of them wrote the music.
