Before CDJapan added tracklist there was something like each disc description and disc 2 was described music related to anime series - so for me it was instant signal for ordering 
And also in tracklist for VGM OST is lot of tracks with same track names like in tracklist of anime OST... so this is also one minor thing which should pointed at Nagaoka as game music composer.
