personally, I generally link when the info is more or less complete (at a certain extend)
I avoid to link any artists when it's partially submitted (speaking of artists, labels is another story because sometimes the label submitted can not be the right one)
like one composer and some performers (no arranger, no lyricist) make me want to wait for further submissions before linking (even if that can be added little by little)
