I do not have the first pressing of this volume, so I'm basing this off of volume 4, which I have the first pressing of. The first pressing came in a cardboard box. The back of the box has no image. What is listed as the "Box Back" is actually the front of the opaque jewel case, so I changed its description. Later pressings came in a standard jewel case and included an obi. The booklet and disc are the same for all pressings.
