I usually buy from amazon sometimes otokichi and try to go for new. I'll use google translate and I can at least interpret what it says i.e band=obi strip. As Phonograph said very good. An album without an obi strip unless it's a CD-single will make or break a purchase for me unless the CD it very old and truly OOP.
