So the album itself will cost 3,200 Yen for the regular edition and 4 800 Yen + taxes for the special one but for now there's no pre-order available yet. According to this article

added via a free Software update (such as those by ABXY), and various sound effects selected by the development team. The second disc includes a recording of the Inkopolive performance, that was held at the Game Party Japan 2018 back in February (including the MC segments)
