Problem with these early Floating Cloud CDs is the lack of info. I couldn't find anything on FLCD-002, FLCD-003, or the vocaloid albums. Did find credits for a couple of the Miku songs via Yu-ki's Nico Nico Douga account:

But that's it. And I didn't even know that Haruhi CD existed. The other one you mentioned seems to be that Vana Oto Plus CD? Though I'm not sure why the CD says the release date is Feb 21 when the event mentioned in the blog post took place on the Feb 28.
Edit: Should be all good for now. Though there's probably some demo CDs missing that we don't know about.
