I don't believe the specific composer is known for any TTYD songs, unfortunately, and her site only said "BGM" without indicating that she did map music or battle music or whatever.
The fact that she arranged Rogueport as part of the Paper Mario Medley for Smash 4 could indicate that it's hers, but obviously that's not proof at all. (I kind of think that's Hirano's anyway, but my guesses also don't mean anything.)
