Oh Wait, I hadn't noticed the kanji name variation. Well, with the inestimable help of
GMCL I've seen that these two are totally different artists.
Anyway, the other Koji Yamada has some erroneous composition credits in his profile. Accurate credits are his works in the Super Famicom Magazine Volumes 17 & 20 (composition for Slayers) but the rest of his credits belong to this artist (from Artdink games).
However, I don't know who of these two worked on Dynamite Headdy.
