In a similar fashion to Falcom's x no Kiseki mini album variations, I've gone ahead and made separate album entries for each of the CDs as child albums. The albums total 7 and the CD contents are the same for all of them. I also assume the catalogue numbers are the same until proven otherwise.
Edit: It would be simpler but that's not consistent with what was done with the Kiseki mini albums.
