I just noticed that a mysterious IP editor edited Maiko Iuchi's JP Wikipedia article at the start of this year to say that she was part of SNK:

So I did a little searching, and I dug up this Kyoko Naka tweet from 2011 where she names Iuchi as ex-SNK staff:
