Replace monospace characters in the display title (line 1) wherever possible. The reason is that people who don't have Asian language packs installed could end up seeing garbage in the display titles otherwise. "～" should be "~", etc. That goes for spaces, too: " " should be replaced with " ".
If there's no equivalent then leave it, e.g. ☆
