Default SRDL-3265: Down Town Game / GWINKO
Track 2 "BY YOUR SIDE" is used for Japanese version of the musical Starmites (where GWINKO also palyed as Elena [Eleanor in original version); so original lyrics are from Barry Keating.

Komei Sugano did translation/adaptation and so is not credited by JASRAC.

As for the song itself, it is one of the very few that has been "forgotten" on City Hunter CD OST. This song does play in episode 10 of City Hunter '91 when Ryo and Kaori have a talk on the harbor (near end of episode).
