Technically, since these aren't video game songs or songs from anime the album shouldn't be on here... It's an EP from Crush 40 that has nothing to do with Sonic directly, although the song Sonic Youth heavily references all the work they've done for the Sonic series.
In any case, I've uploaded scans.
