Wii U is region-locked but this game is already confirmed for Japan, North America and Europe. You could almost say Takahashi has already done a game without Mitsuda. I mean, he only contributed a single track for Xenoblade.
Edit: Hmm, and I wouldn't cross out the possibility of there being more than one composer for this. If this game is going to have as much music as Xenoblade, I don't think Sawano could do it alone.
