If you look at an album with multiple tracks, VEATP is used for the whole album and VE1TC is used for tracks.

If you check download links for the album it gives a redirect of
http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/-/DR/VEATP-33555/iTS, but for the tracks it gives
http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/-/DR/VE1TC-74720/iTS &
http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/-/DR/VE1TC-74721/iTS and so on.
For this particular single both
http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/-/DR/VE1TC-77134/iTS and
http://www.jvcmusic.co.jp/-/DR/VEATP-33847/iTS works.
"VEATP-33847" is also used in the iTunes artwork URL:
